I have tested this on my itouch 2nd gen and my 4th gen works with both on any iOS I prefer iOS 5 though.

1. Go to cydia and add the source http://ihacksrepo.com

2. Search "Speed Intensifier".

3. Install it and restart your springboard.

4. Enjoy your intense speed!
