Those videos show you how to prepare your 360 for hotswapping in order to install the ISO (modded disc) to your 360.
This next video will show you how to hotswap.

The end result depends on the Patch on the ISO and the quality of the patch.
I recently got a new ISO with motion flex v2 patch and this patch works amazing and is my best recommendation. Heres a video of the ISO in progress.
